Fargo Par Terre Preparation Class

After Fargo this year we have made a decision to add a little freestyle into our fall curriculum.  That being said we don’t feel as though par terre work is applicable to everyone so we have added an extra par terre specific class.

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday from Sept 13- Nov 10 from 7:40-8:10.  This practice will run for 30 minutes after the other practice.

Who: This class only has 16 spots and is only for wrestlers who intend to go to Fargo(Cadet and Junior Nationals) or Schoolboy USAW Freestyle/Greco nationals.

Where: AWA Lake Country

Coach:  John Mesenbrink

We feel as though this will help our wrestlers be better prepared for Fargo next year because this is the preeminent national tournament for HS level wrestlers.

Price $125
