Duration: 15 Weeks

Format: 7 Two-Week Units
Maximum Enrollment: 50 Coaches
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Weekly Technique & Practice Plans
Each week, participants will receive:
- 8–10 new technique videos per unit
- Ready-to-use practice plans
- New materials posted every Friday
The goal is to give coaches practical resources they can immediately take into their wrestling rooms and implement throughout the season.
Group Reading & Reflection
Coaches will participate in group reading reflections based on: The Twin Thieves: How Great Leaders Build Great Teams
These discussions will connect lessons from the book to coaching, leadership, and lessons learned both on and off the mat.
Live Q&A Sessions
Every other Friday at 10:00 AM, coaches will have the opportunity to participate in a live Q&A session via Google Meet.
These sessions will provide an opportunity to:
- Dive deeper into the curriculum
- Ask questions
- Discuss coaching challenges
- Learn from other coaches participating in the clinic
Can’t make it live? No problem.
All Q&A documents, technique videos, and practice plans will be saved in a shared Google Drive, allowing coaches to access the materials whenever they need them.
IMPORTANT: Please register using an email address you can easily access. This email will be used to provide access to the practice plans, technique videos, documents, Google Drive materials, and other clinic resources.
