HS OPEN MATS
After every High School State Tournament AWA hosts Open Mat sessions at all of our locations! The purpose of these sessions is for new wrestlers to meet the coaching staff and ask any questions they have about training at AWA. These sessions are open free of charge to any High School Wrestler who wants to see what we have to offer. Open mat sessions will be about 60-75 minutes of technical instruction and will leave the last 15 minutes open for questions. All open mats will take place between HS State and the start of HS Training on March 10. You do not have to attend an open mat if you want to sign up, you can just sign up and show up at the first HS Practice also
