AWA Cardinal Rules of Scrambling

  1. FORCE the scramble, do not be forced into a scramble.
  2. Scramble to score, do not scramble to defend.
  3. Always continue to improve your position.
  4. Use solid basics to make your scrambling easier.
  5. Successfully complete your scramble many times in practice before ever trying it in a match.
  6. Always keep a beginner’s mind.
