- Q: Can I use my membership at any of the locations?
- A: Yes, once you have an active Elite membership we ENCOURAGE you to check each academy’s schedule and visit others.
- A: All women’s elite membership can only be used at Girl’s Only Practices
- Elite Memberships allow you to attend Girls Only Classes
- Q: What does the membership look like?
- A: You can purchase 3, 6, or 12 Month Memberships
- i.e. You can elect to pay all upfront or monthly
- We DO NOT allow drop ins as we think it incentivizes the wrong behavior
- After your initial membership term, we’re happy to work with you to adjust your plan so it fits your schedule and needs.
- Please note: we do require a minimum 3-month initial membership. This is because we want to make a true investment in your athlete’s growth, and it’s difficult to do that with only a short-term, one-month commitment.
- Q: Are my visits limited?
- A: No, you can visit for your scheduled class in your assigned group as many times per week.
- If you are assigned a group i.e. HS Elite White you can only attend HS Elite White Classes
- Q: Will coaches be available at tournaments?
- A: Yes, each manager will have a list of tournaments they encourage their athletes to attend and will send coaches to them.
- Q: Difference between high school white and black?
- A: HS groups are split up based on coaches discretion (Age, Size, Experience, etc.) All new high school members will be automatically assigned to HS Elite White.

- Q: Do I have to do anything to renew my membership?
- A: 3 and 6 Month Memberships will have to be renewed
- A: 12 Month memberships will automatically renew at the end of their term

- Q: Can I pause my membership if I have another sport, vacation, or camp?
- A: Unfortunately, no. Memberships cannot be paused for planned time away.
- Q: What happens if I need to cancel my membership early?
- A: You’ll be charged the difference between your discounted contract rate and the regular monthly rate for the months you used. (See example below.)
- Example: You sign a 6-Month contract at $180/month but cancel after 3 months. The regular rate is $200/month.
- Difference = $20/month × 3 months = $60 back charge.

- Q: Can I get a refund for a camp if plans change?
- A: All camp purchases will be non-refundable.
- Q: Can I come check out a practice?
- A: We do a free week trial where you can attend as many practices as you would like during that week.
- We would like you to still make a profile through the link below, but once it asks you to add something to your cart, you can stop.

- Q: Do you guys have any camps this fall?
- A: We host camps in the summer. The schedule will come out on the 2nd Sunday of December. Camps fill up fast so it is important to get your spot.
