Spring High School AWA information
Hey everyone it is tournament time so that means it is about time for wrestlers to come back to AWA, we have been getting a lot of email inquiries about what we are doing this spring so here it is!
AWA Lake Country(Hartland)- 596 North Shore Dr
Elite Class- 4x a week- Freestyle Focus
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday- 6:00-7:30pm
Wednesday 7:30-9:00pm
Class Starts Monday March 7th
Open House- March 6th 5:30-7:00pm***
***This is strongly recommended for new members to AWA, you will get a chance to ask questions and get signed up the day before classes start.
Our elite class is our original class and will run the entire off season for HS kids, you can sign up for 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. 3 months is the minimum commitment because we have found that when kids do shorter memberships than that they are more of a disruption to the class rather than a benefit. Also because we run this as a team format we do not allow any partial memberships because it slows down the flow of the class.
2x a week class- SOLD OUT
Since we have started offering the 1x and 2x a week classes they have been a real hit, we are going to offer one this spring also. This spring’s 2x a week class will have a Folkstyle focus, we have never offered a Folkstyle class in the spring but it has been often requested.
Class Starts March 15th runs until May 19th
Grades 9-12
Folkstyle focus
Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30-9:00pm
Cost: $225- $200 for first 10 sign ups
