Time to start writing again, it’s my first time since I’ve been back in Wisconsin. I won’t be writing as extensively, but more just trying to add little tips of what I’ve learned in my years in the wrestling world. First subject is the talk about hot tubs. Hot tubs feel good after a day of traveling and most kids like to use them the day before wrestling. There are two problems with this. Initially they get you tired by dehydrating you, but more importantly they make it hard for your muscles to replenish their energy source(Glycogen reuptake). These affects occur around 15 minutes in the hot tub so don’t stay in too long or pay the next day
