Veterans Class is Back!!!

Well it has been a minute but due to the persistence of a few the Veterans Class will make a return this fall!!!.  This class will have a focus on learning positions and doing sparring in these positions to have a deeper understanding of them.  Frankly I would love to see a bunch of parents get on the mat so they can have a deeper understanding of what their kids are doing and the limitations/difficulties of some positions.  It would also be awesome to see some coaches participate to sharpen their skills for the upcoming season.  We will run the class in the fall only as most of the coaches are HS Coaches.

Who: Anyone Post HS who wants to get some mat time and learn

When: Tuesday nights 6:45-7:45pm

Dates: September 5- Nov 7

Location: AWA Lake Country
